6.11. If a player’s total lifetime deposits are 500 USD or less, the maximum withdrawal allowed is ten times the amount of the deposit that generated the winnings, minus fees. 7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

Any dispute between you and the Company shall be resolved through mandatory arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed by the Dean of the Curacao Bar Association. Arbitration may only commence after both parties attempt resolution for at least 30 days. Proceedings will take place in Curacao and be conducted in English.

16.3. You irrevocably waive any right to participate in class actions or collective legal proceedings against the Company.

16.5. Breaching this section entitles the non-breaching party to injunctive relief and liquidated damages of CAD 500,000 plus legal costs.
